If you find your own Buyer then there are NO additional fees and JKR will handle the entire process including: Pre-Qualifying the Buyer, Contract Negotiation & Paperwork, Escrow, & Title work expediting. A Buyer's Agent fee of 2.5% is offered to get on the MLS® but waived by JKR Realty making your total real estate fees ONLY 1.5%! |

| If JKR Realty finds the buyer and shows your house the total real estate fees paid will be just 3.5%. JKR will waive the additional 1% of the Buyer's Agent fee. JKR will handle all aspects of the transaction. |
